SAT Math

The SAT Math section tests your ability to apply mathematical concepts to real-world problems. It covers four main content domains: Algebra, Advanced Math, Problem-Solving and Data Analysis, and Geometry and Trigonometry.

What to Expect

• 44 questions in 70 minutes (about 1.5 minutes per question)
• Calculator allowed for all questions
• Two question types: Multiple choice and student-produced response (grid-in)
• Reference sheet provided with common formulas
