Terms of Service — QuizWith.ai

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuizWith.ai (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

2. Beta Status

QuizWith.ai is currently offered as a beta service. Features, functionality, data structures, and content may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including deletion of user data or generated content, without prior notice.

3. Description of the Services

QuizWith.ai provides tools to help users practice skills commonly assessed on the SAT® through:

• AI-generated practice questions and explanations created independently by artificial intelligence models; and
• Skill-level guidance and categorization informed by educational metadata, including references to publicly available official question identifiers.

Internal Use of Official Materials

For internal processing purposes only, QuizWith.ai may store copies of publicly released official test questions from third-party providers (such as the College Board) in a restricted internal database (e.g., labeled as a "SAT_BANK" source). These materials are used solely for internal analysis, skill classification, quality control, and the generation of high-level, non-expressive summaries.

4. AI-Generated Content and Summaries

All practice questions, explanations, and summaries shown to users are AI-generated and independently created.

Any summaries provided through the Services are:

• High-level and descriptive only;
• Focused on general skills or concepts (e.g., "linear relationships," "textual inference," "transitions");
• Written to avoid reproducing, paraphrasing, or revealing proprietary question wording, structure, data, or answers.

AI-generated content may differ in wording, format, or difficulty from official SAT® questions and should be used only as a supplemental study aid, not as a replacement for official materials.

5. Use of Official Question Identifiers

QuizWith.ai may reference publicly available official question identifiers for organizational and educational guidance purposes only.

Such identifiers:

• Are not copyrighted works;
• Do not include proprietary content;
• Are used solely to support skill categorization and study navigation.

Users seeking original official questions must access them directly through the official source where they are published.

6. No Affiliation or Endorsement

QuizWith.ai is an independent platform. References to the SAT®, the College Board, or other third-party organizations are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply any partnership, endorsement, or approval.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

8. Accounts and Authentication

Access to the Services requires authentication via Google login. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. QuizWith.ai does not access or store your Google password.

9. User Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content ("User Submissions"), you grant QuizWith.ai a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

10. Acceptable Use

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reconstruct, extract, or infer proprietary third-party test content from the Services;
• Scrape, copy, or misuse the Services to reproduce official SAT® materials;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

QuizWith.ai retains all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including AI-generated content, platform design, software, and analytics, except for third-party trademarks and identifiers, which remain the property of their respective owners.

No rights are granted to users other than the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." QUIZWITH.AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. QUIZWITH.AI DOES NOT GUARANTEE SCORE IMPROVEMENTS OR TEST RESULTS.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizWith.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Services.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
